I realise the C-Box is perhaps better for this, but I insist we have a thread for it as well. I don't trust the C-Box, and no one is rarely online at the same time as I... Stupid timezones... I'm GMT +2.

I shall now proceed to talk about many a trivial matter in order to make you relax and open up to me. This will facilitate our future interaction and give us a sense of belonging, which is crucial to any functional social group.

So let's talk about stuff. Like...
Well, I'm curious to know, how did you come up with your character? Is it someone you've used in the past? Did you leave hints in the profile about their identity, like what kind of a life they used to lead and how it caused them to end up in Silent Hill? I did, but hopefully they're not very obvious... ^^;

And I didn't dare to post this in the bestiary thingy, but are those the only monsters, or are we using any creature seen in the series? Like... I kind of wanted to have those burnt babies that were in the first movie... and probably in one of the games? ^^;

I just made some delicious gratin, but it looks like grey vegetable soup, I shit you not, it's grey. It looks like what I imagine concentration camp food looked like.

Hey, did you notice some of the smileys have all nice and neat edges, but some of them have extra white pixels around them... How annoying...

Well, since you asked. I'm from Montana, so I'm Mountain Time.

Let's see... how did i come up with my character... Well, just kinda came with what I knew of Silent hill and what I could emulate as a character within Any possible situations within Silent Hill. I had to, however figure out a good name for him that I'd like and remember. I've never actually used Maxwell Von Wolfhiem before in anything. So you could say that this is his debut as a character of mine.
As for his identity? Well, I left some clues around that could point to countless different outcomes for who he could be. My curiosity is what the admins may make my character become. Anything of history I did not use at all. It was a little difficult but eh. I've tossed out at least one or two possible histories for him to one of the admins in case they just want something to work with.
One example of what I'm talking about is just the memory Maxwell has. It's of Lemon Scented Cologne. This could be a number of things. 1. A high class cologne only used by that of high social status, huis favorite smell, a cologne his lover uses (Regardless of gender ), a cologne that his father or brother wears, etc etc. I'm just curious as to what could occur.

As for the monsters... I don't exactly know.... I'd hope for more of a selection, to be honest.

And yes, I did notice the smilies.

And I just got into a heated argument with a gay soon-to-be catholic priest over his and my religion.... Fun. -.-

Eh? Ah... so we're allowed to reveal what the the stuff in the profiles might mean? Then I shall do the same! <3 Bounty bars. It's candy, so it might be connected to childhood, or children, or Halloween, or dentist, or eating disorder.

Lemon cologne puts me in mind of old colonial countries and hand cream. x3 Probably irrelevant...

Hmm.. As for coming up with Jayden, let's see..
Well, he stems from an older character of mine. The other character is a mercenary, and when the one character limit is upped to two or so, I want to throw him in as well. [With tweaks, of course, to keep them from being so alike.] They'd probably be brothers or something if I did throw him in, though. There are some similarities I couldn't change.
All of my characters are abnormally dark, usually, and I liked the idea of having a sociopathic character. I'm really interested to see what Silent Hill will do to such a person with no mental stability. Really, James was haunted with his guilt for killing Mary [...sorry if I just spoiled that for someone..], however, Jayden wouldn't feel that way because he feels absolutely no remorse.
..Needless to say, it's going to be interesting. [:

As far as revealing his identity, I tried not to give off too horribly much. I'm hoping all the reader would get from his bio is that he's batshit insane, and has the knowhow to do some serious damage. His likes and dislikes should hit that he didn't lead a normal life and has a reason for such lack of mental stability.

...Regardless, I can't wait to unfurl his past.

Having grey children running around would invoke nightmares on my part. Those damn things get under my skin so badly, and I've no clue why. xD I'd like if we had more of the canine and aerial monsters, personally. ..Furthermore, if we've Pyramid Head, why not The Butcher? [he's sexier anyway..] Then again.. I guess The Butcher is a little controversial[his origins, at least]; and if you've played the amazingness that is Silent Hill Origins you'll understand what I'm talking about.

...Anyway, how'd you manage to make gratin grey? o___o I have to get up in the morning and make some homemade pudding for a friend of mine. ..Hopefully it'll turn out chocolatey.

He definitely sounds like one crazy fuck to me, but I suspect he might be too extreme to be plausible. Then again, I'm clueless as of yet to your insane roleplaying skillz, Morgan, so I wouldn't know how we'll you'll manage to handle Jayd. All I'm saying is that in my experience, characters like him can be hard to keep reigned. We shall see...

Aww-wwww, Pyramid is so much hotter than Butcher, but that's probably just my imprintation to SH2....
And them animal-based monsters are so not creepy enough! D8 The Creeper? I LAUGH IN THEIS FACE until one flies into my big mouth.

I used purple carrots for the gratin... the purple color leaked as expected, but the result looked way worse than I imagined......

I HOPE THE ADMINS WON'T BAN US ALL FOR BEING SUCH NAUGHTY SCHEMING PLAYERS.
